I am a statistic
This is a general social survey of the greater weblog community being conducted at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Our goal is to help understand the way that weblogs are affecting the way we communicate with each other. Specifically we are interested in issues of demographics, communication behaviors, experience with weblogs and other technology, and the meaning of various types of social links within the blogosphere.
This is a research project of an MIT graduate. It is a very simple survey and should not take much time. Go ahead and check it out.
Registrations now open :P
There was an option where regular visitors could log in to the blog and post as registered users. I have enabled registrations but have not really messed around with the other options due to a lack of time ;)
Pls let me know what difference it makes to you.
Visitors
I have recently installed an ultra cool plugin which allows me to view recent stats for my blog. It is called shortstats.
It is real cool plug which allows me to see which country my viewers are from, what is their OS, browser etc.. Now dont get alarmed.. I dont collect the info but only view it to know where you all are from!
I was surprised, pleasantly at that seeing the demographics of the viewers.. India, Lithuania, France, US, Aus, Afganistan etc.. I only wish you ppl would leave a comment so I know who you are.. Again only out of curiosity thats all :-)

A Gamers’ Manifesto
Anyone who is or has been a gamer will agree with quite a few of the points in this article. I was literally agreeing in my head to some of the points. But some of the points are quite in-the-future wishes. Am not sure if they actually are possible on the current hardware..It is to be seen when it happens cos it sure will :-D

Been quite sometime since I last posted. Lots has happened since then.
My grandma has come down on a visit and two days later my uncle too(On Friday).
Bad day? It only get’s worse
This is how a bad day turns to the worse. :mad:
Most of today was pretty good with me sitting at home and whiling away my time. But around mid-afternoon my friend calls me up and tells me that our project reports were supposed to be signed by our HOD yesterday and he is not signing those which were not submitted yesterday.
But we had no option since our guide in the company was out of station and so could not sign it without which we could not submit it.

Nearing completion
The project report is done. There might be a wee bit left here and there, will know tomorrow. But besides that, I just completed the final draft of the report. Whee….
The presentation is being done by the others. I hope it will be completed by tom so we can be done with going to the company. Tomorrow will most likely be the last day of our little trip to UGSI :wink:
Ah well.. It was fun while it lasted. A long lasting memory for all of us I am sure :-)
